4 wheeling

well its all back together, it runs better than ever. We are planning on hitting our first mud tomorrow night (Thursday) after work. Going up to the north side of the gorge.
For those interested in what my engine is:
Chevy 350- .030 over 12:1 pistons
ported open chamber heads with roller rockers
edelbrock performer intake
edelbrock carburator with offroad package installed
headers and full 3" dual exhaust system

I feels like about 400 hp to me ;)

4 wheeling

No pics this weekend, i stripped off the front clip and pulled the engine. I checked out the damage... its bad i found pieces of the camshaft and lifters in the oil pan. two rods borken and twisted up. all and all that motor is a total loss. I ordered a rebuild kit friday it should be here tuesday. I stripped down and honed out the engine I will be using today it looks great no ridge to speak of. Hopefully I can make it to the mudbog this weekend.
